“Check in staff was poor, didn't communicate, took 20 minutes to check in .. then room he gave us wasn't cleaned ..took another 20 minutes to find us a room that was cleaned. Very poor customer service. Did not even get an apology for the poor service”

“To be honest, we didn't stay. Place looked deserted except for minimal staff. Looks like it could be a nice place, but everything shut down. Conversation with staff indicated some financial issue at play. We were advised that it might be best if we found other accommodations. We did.. ”
